development professional with over seven years of experience in project management,

monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and digital security. Adinani has worked with leading

organizations including ICAP International, Internews, National Bureau of Statistics in Tanzania

(NBS), and TAYOBECO, where he previously served as Programs Manager. His work spans

climate and environmental action, youth empowerment, public health, and digital rights. He has

extensive experience managing donor-funded programs, building partnerships, and designing

impactful community-driven initiatives. Through TCCF, he is committed to advancing sustainable

climate solutions and empowering communities to protect ecosystems and livelihoods.
