● Mural Artist (Expert / Professional) Lead the design and execution of large-scale ocean murals. ● Emerging Artist / Volunteer Painter Support mural creation and learn artivism in action. ● Creative Director / Designer Develop visual identity, storytelling concepts, and artistic direction. ● Photographer / Videographer Document murals, workshops, and community stories. ● Storyteller / Content Creator Translate ocean science into compelling narratives, social media, and campaigns.

Education & Training Roles

● Workshop Facilitator / Trainer Lead sessions on ocean literacy, artivism, and community engagement. ● Youth Mentor Guide young participants in leadership, creativity, and environmental advocacy. ● Ocean Educator / Scientist Contribute scientific knowledge and support science-to-art translation.

Community & Field Engagement

● Community Coordinator Organise local activities, liaise with communities, and ensure participation. ● Field Volunteer Support mural painting, logistics, and community events. ● Cultural Mediator / Local Voice Bring local language, stories, and cultural identity into the project.

Technical & Strategic Support

● Website Developer / Digital Designer Build and maintain the One Ocean Movement platform. ● Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Specialist Track impact, surveys, and reporting. ● Project Coordinator Support planning, timelines, and overall coordination.

Partnerships & Global Expansion

● Country Anchor / Local Lead Lead implementation in your country and coordinate local teams. ● NGO / Organisation Partner Collaborate on murals, workshops, and outreach. ● Funder / Sponsor Support the initiative’s expansion and impact.
